Stephanie Tatem’s journey began in Virginia Beach where she spent her childhood surrounded by the sea, salt air, and sun. A Bachelor’s of Science degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia took her around the world, yet her love of design, space, and light brought her back to academia by way of New York City and the School of Visual Arts for studies in Interior Design. After receiving a Bachelors in Fine Arts, she planted roots in Miami, a city which so beautifully represents her love of nature and color. Professionally, she made her mark with reknowned design firm Arquitectonica, and later in 2007 she opened Tatem Interiors which creates not just beautiful, but also personalized, livable spaces for an exclusive client base.
